Terms of Service

Last Updated: February 2, 2026

Welcome to Fantasy Cleaning Service ("we," "us," "our," or "Fantasy Cleaning Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at https://www.fantasycleaningservice.com (the "Site"), as well as any interactions related to our commercial cleaning services.

By accessing or using the Site, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. About Us and Our Services

Fantasy Cleaning Service, located at 4521 Frankford Ave A, Philadelphia, PA 19124, provides professional commercial cleaning services since 1995. Our services include (but are not limited to) office cleaning, warehouse cleaning, parking garage cleaning, medical facility cleaning, university and school cleaning, bank and administrative office cleaning, and related janitorial services in Philadelphia, PA, and surrounding areas (e.g., Camden County, Burlington County, Cherry Hill, Norristown, King of Prussia, and more).

We use eco-friendly products, employ bonded and insured staff with background checks, and offer 24/7 availability for scheduled and emergency cleaning.

All services are provided pursuant to a separate written or verbal service agreement (the "Service Agreement") between you (the "Client") and us. These Terms supplement any Service Agreement but do not replace it. In case of conflict, the Service Agreement prevails for service-specific terms.

2. Use of the Site

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site.
  • Permitted Use: You may use the Site for informational purposes, to request quotes, or contact us. You agree not to misuse the Site (e.g., no scraping, hacking, spamming, or unauthorized access).

3. Quotes and Service Agreements

Requests for quotes via the Site or phone/email are non-binding estimates only.

Any engagement requires acceptance of a formal Service Agreement (which may include scope of work, schedule, pricing, payment terms, cancellation policies, and liability limits).

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

4. Payment Terms (General)

Specific payment terms (rates, invoicing, deposits, late fees) are outlined in your Service Agreement.

Payments are due as specified (e.g., net 30 days for commercial clients).

We accept [list methods: check, ACH, credit card, etc.]. Late payments may incur fees.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation or rescheduling policies are detailed in your Service Agreement (e.g., 24–48 hours' notice required; fees may apply for late notice).

We may cancel or suspend services for non-payment, safety concerns, or breach of agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We provide services on an "as-is" basis and disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (e.g., business interruption, lost profits).

Our total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, client-supplied items, or events beyond our control (force majeure: acts of God, strikes, etc.).

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your negligence, misuse of the premises, or provision of inaccurate information.

8. Insurance and Bonding

We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation as required by law. Proof available upon request. Clients are responsible for insuring their property.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any related services are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Philadelphia County, PA.

We encourage informal resolution first—contact us at (215) 288-4336 or contact@fantasycleaningservice.com.
